These terms apply to the Day Enterprises LLC website and client portal. Separate written agreements for services or projects control if they conflict with these terms.
Accounts and access
Portal access is by invitation and limited to the materials authorized for you. Provide accurate account information, keep passwords and invitation or reset links private, and report suspected misuse promptly. We may suspend or remove access when authorization ends or as reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal requirements, subject to any applicable written agreement.
Permitted use
Use the website and portal lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s account or restricted materials without permission, disrupt the services, or harvest information without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Content and project materials
Website and portal content is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Day Enterprises LLC or its respective owners. Use private project materials only for the authorized project or other agreed purpose. Do not publish or redistribute restricted materials without permission, except as allowed by law or a separate agreement. Access does not transfer ownership.

Privacy and emails
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, service providers, cookies, and email choices. Invitation unsubscribe options do not close your account.
Availability and liability
Subject to separate written agreements and applicable law, the website and portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website or portal use. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and updates
California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law. Revisions will be posted here with an updated date and apply prospectively. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
