This policy covers the Day Enterprises LLC website, client portal, and related communications.
Information we collect and use
- Contact and project information: names, email addresses, messages, and materials you provide. We may also receive your email address and access instructions from the person arranging your project or portal invitation.
- Account information: email address, account identifier, verification status, assigned access, and login and password-setup activity. Google Firebase processes sign-in and password credentials; our portal database does not store plaintext passwords.
- Technical and email records: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, visitor/session identifiers, errors, performance data, and email delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe records.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide project access, administer accounts, send invitations and account messages, understand website use, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We use Microsoft Azure for website hosting and Application Insights analytics, Cloudflare for the portal, database, and security, Google Firebase for authentication and account emails, and Resend for invitations and delivery reporting. These providers process information to support those services, including in the United States and other countries where they operate.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide it to other companies for their own direct marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Portal cookies support sign-in. The homepage also uses Microsoft Application Insights cookies and browser storage to measure visits and performance. Browser settings can restrict cookies or storage, but doing so may prevent sign-in. We do not enable third parties to track your activity across unrelated websites. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change these practices.
Email choices
We send project invitations and account messages, including verification and requested password resets. Use an invitation’s Unsubscribe link or contact us to stop further invitations. Unsubscribing does not close your account or stop requested password resets or necessary security messages. We do not enable open or click tracking in Resend.
Retention and security
We retain information as long as reasonably needed for accounts, projects, security, and legal recordkeeping. Limited unsubscribe records may be retained to honor your preferences. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and other reasonable safeguards; no system is completely secure.
Your requests
Contact info@dayenterprises.com to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, or to ask a privacy question. We may verify your identity before acting. Legal and security obligations may limit deletion. We respond in accordance with applicable law.
Policy updates
We notify you of policy changes by posting the updated policy and date on this page. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
